In today's advanced manufacturing landscape, the shift towards lightweight, structurally sound, and thermally efficient materials has positioned aluminum as the premier choice. From aerospace structures and EV battery enclosures to telecommunication housings and high-end consumer electronics, global buyers require more than standardized off-the-shelf components. They demand custom, highly complex profiles designed to exact metallurgical specifications.
As organizations align with ESG initiatives and target a circular economy, recycled and environmentally certified supply chains are transitioning from secondary requirements to absolute operational requirements. Components like thin-fin optical heat sinks, metric transit door mechanisms, and custom structural framing demand precision extrusions coupled with secondary multi-axis CNC machining, maintaining micron-level tolerances (+/-0.005mm) while optimizing tool paths for minimized raw-material waste.
Located in Foshan, the global epicenter of aluminum extrusion and fabrication clusters, Foshan Golden Source Precision Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (est. 1991) runs an expansive 73,000 square meter state-of-the-art industrial complex.
Unlike standard brokers or simple extrusion mills, we operate a fully vertically integrated manufacturing loop. We control the chemical integrity of the metal from the start, utilizing custom in-house alloy casting and melting. This enables us to formulate alloy compositions to specific physical requirements—crucial for structural integrity and high-grade cosmetic surface finishes.
Choosing the correct alloy dictates post-machining tolerances, tensile performance, and anodizing quality. We melt and refine in-house to reach precise parameters.

Providing significant value through advanced vertical integration, localized raw material sourcing, and strict quality control.
By melting raw aluminum and casting billets in-house, we control mechanical trace elements. This ensures uniform anodizing results, prevents micro-cracks in complex dies, and achieves optimal physical performance across custom tempers.
CNC machining, mechanical testing, and surface anodizing are handled under one roof. This centralized production flow reduces external processing costs and ensures that component dimensions, surface finish, and tolerances are checked and logged at each stage.
Our integrated manufacturing workflow shortens lead times, eliminating the logistical delay of transporting components between extrusion houses, machining shops, and surface finishers.
Foshan Golden Source operates to international standards for environmental responsibility and manufacturing quality. We maintain certifications including ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001, along with new green initiatives:
Our factory has received regional and national recognition for cleaner production practices, strong credit, and technical innovation, helping our global clients meet strict environmental import regulations.

Over three decades of dedication to precision fabrication, enterprise integrity, and sustainable industrial operations.

We achieve dimensional tolerances as close as ±0.005mm to ±0.02mm for machined features, depending on the component geometry, alloy temper, and tooling setup. Extrusion dimensions follow EN 755 or DIN standards unless tighter custom tolerances are specified during engineering review.
By melting and casting our own billets, we can control chemical composition and impurities (such as iron content). This reduces surface streaking and color inconsistencies during anodizing, resulting in a clean and uniform finish.
We source raw materials under strict quality control. Our processes are certified under the Global Recycled Standard (GRS) and Recycled Content Validation (RCV). This ensures all elements in our alloys conform to EU REACH and RoHS restrictions.
We provide a range of finishes, including mechanical options like sandblasting, wire drawing, and mirror polishing, as well as chemical treatments like clear/color anodizing, electrolytic bronze coloring, and powder coating in multiple colors.
Tooling and die development typically takes 7 to 12 days. Once sample profiles are approved, extrusion and machining production runs are completed in 15 to 25 days, depending on the scale and complexity of the order.
We support both. We offer rapid tooling and CNC prototype machining to help clients validate their designs before transitioning to high-volume production runs.
