The standard material used is Aluminum alloy 6063-T5 per AA standard. However, we can accommodate requests for other types of aluminum alloys depending on your specific application requirements.

We offer sand blasting, satin anodize, black anodize, and powder coating. Our powder coating is UV proof and is verified to withstand a 500-hour salt spray test, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance.
For custom specifications, mold development and sample confirmation take 12-15 days. Once the samples are approved, mass production takes approximately 15-20 days.
The Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is 1000 pieces. Our standard packaging involves individual polybags (sealed at both ends), 30 pieces per carton, and shipping via pallets. Custom packaging configurations are also available.
