We offer various surface finishes including natural anodize, sand blasting, satin anodize, black anodize, and powder coating. Our powder coating is UV-proof and capable of bearing a 500-hour salt spray test.
Do you accept OEM or ODM requests for custom profiles?
Yes, we provide full OEM and ODM services based on the customer’s unique requirements. We can collaborate on mold development and customized engineering designs.
What is the typical lead time for custom molds and production?
For customized items, mold development and sample confirmation take 12 to 15 days. Once the sample is confirmed, mass production takes approximately 25 days for a full 40ft container order.
What are your minimum order quantity (MOQ) and payment terms?
Our minimum order quantity is 3000 meters. The standard payment term is a 30% deposit before production begins, with the remaining balance paid prior to loading.
Which shipping ports do you use and what certifications do you hold?
Our shipping ports are Shenzhen or Guangzhou. The products are manufactured under rigorous quality systems certified by ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, RCV, and GRS.
