A1: We use 6063-T5 aluminum profiles manufactured in compliance with AA standards. Other aluminum alloys are also available upon request.
A2: Yes, we provide full OEM and ODM services based on your unique design, conceptions, specifications, and drawing files.
A3: Mold development and sample confirmation take 12-15 days. Mass production begins after sample confirmation and takes approximately 15-20 days.
A4: Typically, each part is wrapped in a PE foam sheet, placed into a carton, and packed onto pallets. We also support fully customized packaging configurations.
A5: Our production holds industry-standard quality and management certifications including ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, RCV, and GRS.
A6: The minimum order quantity is 1000 pcs per order. Shipments are processed via Shenzhen or Guangzhou ports.
