The thin fin design increases surface area for improved heat dissipation, enabling efficient cooling and extending the life of the optical module.
•The design of the heat sink profile challenges the extruding industry. We are one of the few extruding factory who can produce such high difficulty extrusions. Fin is only 4mm high,0.5mm thick, pitch of fins is only 1mm.
•Good for multiple surface treatment. Since the profile is in 6063 aluminum alloy, it can be anodized or plated (such as nickel plating)
