The heat sinks are manufactured using Aluminum alloy 6063-T5 per AA standard. Other aluminum alloys can also be made available based on specific requirements.
Available surface treatments include trembling, natural anodize, sand blasting and satin anodize, black anodize, or powder coating, which is UV-proof and capable of bearing a 500-hour salt spray test.
For customized items, mold development and sample confirmation take 12-15 days. Regular production leading time takes 15-20 days after sample approval.
The payment terms require a 30% deposit before production and the remaining balance to be paid before loading. The primary ports used for shipping are Shenzhen or Guangzhou.
