The product is manufactured from Aluminum alloy 6063-T5 in accordance with AA standards. Other aluminum alloys can also be used depending on your requirements.
The minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 1,000 pieces. We maintain a stable monthly supply capacity of up to 120,000 pieces.
For custom specifications, mold development and sample confirmation take 12-15 days. Mass production requires 15-20 days after the sample is officially confirmed.
We offer sand blasting, satin anodizing, black anodizing, and powder coating. The powder coating is UV-resistant and certified to withstand a 500-hour salt spray test.
The production processes and materials comply with ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, RCV, and GRS standards.
The payment terms are a 30% deposit prior to production, with the remaining balance due before loading. Shipping ports are Shenzhen or Guangzhou, China.
