The product is manufactured from Aluminum alloy 6063-T5 per AA standard. Other aluminum alloys can also be processed based on customer requests.
We offer natural anodizing, sandblasting and satin anodizing, black anodizing, and powder coating. The powder coating is UV-resistant and can endure a 500-hour salt spray test.
For custom OEM items, mold development and sample confirmation take 12 to 15 days. Mass production requires an additional 15 to 20 days after the sample is officially approved.
The minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 1000 meters. Payment terms require a 30% deposit prior to manufacturing, with the remaining balance settled before loading at the port.
Deliveries are primarily handled out of the Shenzhen or Guangzhou ports to facilitate flexible logistics.
