The ruler is manufactured using high-quality Aluminum alloy 6063-T5 per AA standard. Other aluminum alloys can also be provided according to specific custom requirements.
We offer various options including Natural anodize, Sand blasting and satin anodize, black anodize, or powder coating. Our powder coating is UV proof and can withstand a 500-hour salt spray test.
For custom specifications, mold development and sample confirmation take about 12-15 days. Once the sample is confirmed, the mass production lead time is 15-20 days.
The Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is 1,000 pieces. We maintain a reliable monthly supply capacity of up to 150,000 pieces.
Each piece is individually packed in a polybag (both ends sealed), with 30 pieces per carton and palletized. We accept a 30% deposit prior to production with the balance due before loading. Shipping is supported via Shenzhen or Guangzhou ports.
