A1: We primarily use high-grade Aluminum alloy 6063-T6 complying with the AA standard. Other aluminum alloys can also be provided upon request to meet your specific application requirements.
Q2: What surface treatment options are available, and do they prevent corrosion?
A2: We offer sandblasting, satin anodizing, black anodizing, painting, and powder coating. Our powder coating is UV-proof and capable of withstanding a 500-hour salt spray test, making it highly resistant to corrosion in coastal or urban environments.
Q3: How long is the production lead time for custom OEM/ODM orders?
A3: For custom specifications, mold development and sample confirmation take 12 to 15 days. Mass production is typically completed within 15 to 20 days after the samples have been confirmed.
Q4: What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) and packaging standard?
A4: The standard MOQ is 2,000 pieces. Each piece is individually wrapped in a polybag (one end sealed), separated with foam sheets, packed 10 pieces per carton, and stacked on pallets. Customized packaging configurations are also supported.
Q5: Which shipping ports and payment terms do you support?
A5: We ship primarily through Shenzhen or Guangzhou ports. Our standard payment terms require a 30% deposit prior to production, with the remaining balance paid before loading.
