The standard material used is premium Aluminum alloy 6063-T5 compliant with AA standards. Other aluminum alloy options are also available depending on your project requirements.
We offer various options including natural anodize, sand blasting, satin anodize, black anodize, and UV-proof powder coating. The powder coating option is tested to withstand a 500-hour salt spray test, making it highly corrosion-resistant.
For products customized to client specifications, mold development and sample confirmation require 12 to 15 days. Once the sample is confirmed, mass production takes approximately 15 to 20 days.
The Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is 1000 meters, and we support a stable monthly supply capacity of up to 150,000 pieces.
Each piece is individually packaged in a foam bag with both ends sealed. Then, 30 pieces are packed into a carton and stacked securely on a pallet. Custom packaging options can also be arranged.
