Mold development and sample confirmation takes 12-15 days; mass production takes 15-20 days after sample approval.

Our standard parts are made of high-quality Aluminum alloy 6063-T5 conforming to AA standards. Other aluminum alloys can also be provided upon request.
We offer various options including natural anodize, sand blasting and satin anodize, black anodize, or UV-proof powder coating that can withstand a 500-hour salt spray test.
For customized items, mold development and sample confirmation require 12 to 15 days. Mass production leading time is 15 to 20 days after the sample is officially confirmed.
The standard Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for production is 1000 meters.
Each piece is individually packed in a foam bag with both ends sealed, packed 30 pieces to a carton, and then secured on a pallet. Customized packaging options are also available.
