Core Industrial Advantages

How our integrated engineering environment delivers cost-efficiency, speed, and premium structural integrity.

In-House Metallurgy & Casting

We melt and cast alloys in-house, refining chemical composition tolerances. This optimizes alloy purity, enhances grain structure, and yields excellent mechanical properties and anodizing finishes.

Vertical Cost Control

Executing die manufacturing, extrusion, CNC milling, and electrochemical finishing on one site minimizes transit times, protects parts, and lowers scrap rates, providing competitive unit pricing.

Accelerated Lead Times

Integrated processing enables rapid prototyping. CAD design approval triggers in-house tooling creation directly, reducing early phase delays and speeding delivery to assembly lines.

Localization Support, Global Logistics, & Compliance

Operating global supply chains requires strict regulatory compliance. We structure our processes to align with key global standards, addressing trade barriers, environmental rules, and technical compliance.

1. Environmental Compliance (REACH, RoHS, & CBAM)

Foshan Golden Source ensures all alloys, auxiliary chemicals, and surface treatments comply with EU REACH and RoHS regulations. We track materials from ingot to finished product to support European clients preparing for the Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) by providing detailed carbon footprint calculations.

2. Low-Carbon Initiatives (GRS & RCV Certifications)

We hold Global Recycled Standard (GRS) and Recycled Content Verification (RCV) certificates. By processing post-industrial and post-consumer aluminum scrap in our foundry, we can supply profiles made from certified recycled aluminum, significantly reducing embedded carbon.

3. Collaborative Engineering & DFM

Our engineering team supports international clients with Design for Manufacturability (DFM) reviews. We work to optimize profiles for ease of extrusion, reduce wall thickness variance, choose appropriate alloy tempers, and minimize scrap during CNC machining.

China's Aluminum Supply Chain Advantages

How our position in China's premier industrial hub supports global logistics stability.

Foshan Industrial Cluster

Foshan is a major hub for aluminum manufacturing. This concentration gives us direct access to raw materials, specialized dies, auxiliary surface treatment facilities, and technical labor, helping us handle large-scale orders efficiently.

Integrated Component Sourcing

Beyond extrusion, we supply complete sub-assemblies. By sourcing complementary parts like steel fasteners, rubber seals, and plastics locally, we deliver fully assembled components directly to your production line.

Logistics Network

Located close to key ports in Guangzhou and Shenzhen, we offer streamlined ocean, air, and rail shipping. We work with international forwarders to manage custom clearances and coordinate door-to-door delivery.

Certifications & Accreditations

Our operations are audited under international quality and environmental management systems.

We are certified to ISO9001:2015 (Quality), ISO14001:2015 (Environment), ISO45001:2018 (Health and Safety), GRS, and RCV. Our facilities comply with EU REACH requirements. We have also received recognition for clean production, credit rating, quality management, and technology upgrades from regional and national authorities.

Industry Development Trends & Application Scenarios

How changing global demands shape alloy chemistry, design complexity, and product end-uses.

Automotive Lightweighting

The growth of electric vehicles drives demand for 6XXX and 7XXX structural extrusions. High-strength profiles are used in crash management systems, battery enclosures, and chassis parts to reduce weight while maintaining safety.

Clean Energy Infrastructure

Utility-scale solar power plants require durable structural components. Our high-purity, anodized 6063-T6 mounting profiles resist corrosion in harsh environments, supporting long-term performance in solar projects.

Aesthetic 3C Electronics

Electronics require consistent surface finishes and tight dimensional control. We use specialized billet filtering, ultra-fine sandblasting, and multi-stage anodizing to manufacture high-end electronic casings, heat sinks, and brackets.

Transit & Smart Infrastructure

Modern public transit and smart building hardware depend on reliable components. We produce CNC-machined profiles for metro train door mechanisms and hydraulic door controls designed for millions of cycles.

Technical FAQ & Purchasing Guide

Direct answers from our engineering department regarding specifications, tooling, tolerances, and supply agreements.

What specific aluminum alloys can you extrude, and what are their standard applications?

We extrude a wide range of alloys, including 1XXX, 3XXX, 5XXX, 6XXX, and 7XXX series. Our most common alloys are:
  • 6063 (T5/T6): Known for excellent surface finish and corrosion resistance; ideal for architectural components, trim, and heat sinks.
  • 6061 (T6): Offers high structural strength and weldability; used for structural frames, marine components, and CNC-machined parts.
  • 7075 (T6): High-strength alloy comparable to steel; suitable for high-stress aerospace and automotive components.

What dimensional tolerances can you achieve on extrusions and post-extrusion CNC machining?

For standard raw extrusions, we follow EN 755-9 or EN 12020-2 specifications. For post-extrusion CNC machining, our high-speed vertical and horizontal milling centers can hold tolerances as tight as ±0.01 mm for critical dimensions, depending on the part geometry, material temper, and setup.

How does in-house alloy casting improve the quality of anodized profiles?

Anodizing highlights surface imperfections and chemical variations in the metal. In-house melting and casting allows us to control the silicon-to-magnesium ratio, minimize iron impurities, and reduce hydrogen porosity. This results in consistent color absorption and fewer defects during anodizing.

What is your typical lead time for new custom tooling and first-article approval?

Tool design and manufacturing usually takes 10 to 14 days, depending on profile complexity. After die verification, we supply samples for first-article approval within 3 to 5 days. Once approved, mass production typically takes 15 to 20 days.

How do you support environmental compliance for overseas shipments, especially for EU regulations?

We provide full chemical composition declarations and material compliance documents confirming adherence to EU REACH and RoHS. Our GRS and RCV certifications verify recycled content. We also assist partners by providing carbon footprint data useful for CBAM declarations.

What surface treatments are available at your facility?

We offer a comprehensive range of in-house surface treatments:
  • Anodizing: Matte, satin, chemical bright, and organic/inorganic colors (black, bronze, gold, champagne, clear).
  • Mechanical Finishing: Sandblasting, brushing, polishing, and tumbling.
  • Organic Coatings: Electrostatic powder coating, liquid PVDF paint, and wood-grain sublimation.

Do you offer product assembly and kitting services, or only profiles?

We provide full-service component assembly. Our services include mechanical assembly (using screws, rivets, or adhesives), precision structural welding, and custom packaging. We can deliver retail-ready products or kits directly to your distribution center.

How does your quality control department verify precision dimensions?

Our quality control labs use coordinate measuring machines (CMM), optical projectors, mechanical digital calipers, digital spectrometers, and surface roughness testers. We run initial sample inspections, process checks, and final audits to ensure parts meet specifications before delivery.
